HNC is a diverse group of people who’ve all sinned and failed but are experiencing the amazing grace that only comes from a Savior who loves us no matter what. We provide a safe and transparent community that accepts others without judgment. We help others find the joy, happiness and inner peace that only comes from a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. We walk the journey with others until they become mature followers of Christ on the path to HELP others know Jesus.

Every word in HELP is an action. They require us to do something but not on our own. The power and direction of the Holy Spirit helps us take the actions needed to provide a sense of hope and peace to the individuals we HELP.

The message of the Bible is that mankind rebelled against God after being tempted by Satan, but God revealed Himself and worked in history to redeem fallen man.  God the Father sent His Son Jesus Christ to die for our sin on the cross so that we could enjoy restored relationship with God and others.  God has proved that He forgives sin and has power to overcome death by resurrecting Jesus from the grave! 

Helena Nazarene Church (HNC) is a community of believers in Jesus Christ.  As followers of Jesus we strive to serve God, love others, and hate sin.  We desire to join the apostle Paul in saying,

“I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.  Henceforth there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, will award to me on that Day, and not only to me but also to all who have loved his appearing.”  2 Timothy 4:7-8 (ESV)
